Already Paddypower April, the former vice president of Unibet, Didier Dewyn, had been subjected to trial for attack on the monopoly on horse racing predictions of other sporting Paddypower and lottery "of Française des Jeux (FDJ), but was released after paying bail of 150,000 euros. Unibet report non-compliance by France, the European law which regulates this area, while the French government has recently expressed its willingness to engage in a debate on a subsidiary of the French Paddypower for online gaming and betting ". The European Commission has denounced the detention warrant on, because it is a "total breach of Community law and the principles of 'European Union'. The Commission gave an ultimatum to France and by October 31 it will have to respond to the request to eliminate all prohibitions on online gaming.
